Are nose retainers safe to wear during a soccer game.

My coach is all, you have to take that out when you practice and play in games, but when i bought it from the piercing place they said that it should be sports safe. Its clear and rubber, it bends and everything. I can't find any rules about it on the PIAA website [the pennsylvania sports regulation codes] and i want to make sure that i can legally wear this retainer during my games.

Clear it with the referee before each game. I once saw a girl thrown out of a game for leaving a hairband on her wrist.

If worse comes to worst and your nose piercing has been healed for a while though you should be ok leaving it out for a couple hours.

it sounds llegal to wear. your just not supposed to have any metal on your body, but to be sure ask a referee
