Are old books of any value? or should i just yard sale them?

i know this is a dumb question but im always worried id sell something worth a lot of money.

i have the books series...

goosebumps

Bernstein bears

rugrats stuff

garfield

any of them worth anything or going to be?

  1. google it to see if their worth anything. or go to a book store and ask


  2. I don't think they'd be of much value as evidently they aren't THAT old. Wait until you're old and grey and the price will have increased by quite a bit then sell them.

  3. Not really, some could be collectibles but those are usually rare, even on the Internet they start for about .01 cents. You would get more at a yard sale

  4. No, I have a ton of Goosebumps books. They arent worth it. Yard sale them. I love Goosebumps so I dont sell them. I even got the dummy Slappy, off Ebay because I was obssesed with the dummy stories!

  5. Books of any value are usually 1st edition or signed by the author. Even then, if the book is newer and first editionisn't worth much. From your list I would have to say check for 1st editions in the Garfield and Berenstien bears books and sell everything else. Just my 2c.

  6. YARD SALE b/c they r REALLY crappy series, except maybe goosebumps could b worth something
