Should be.  Generally the box itself doesn't wear.  The breakers may be a different story though.  If you have a particular breaker that trips often, it can wear, and may need to be replaced.  If it is tripping for any other reason than a temporary overload, you will want to get a qualified electrician to find the cause.  Hope this helps.
