i guess they r thinking that BCCI is a govt body so they will retir after 60 year of age ..sumone sud tell them its nt like tat they r thinking.they sud retir ryt now ..bt they dun want coz cricket is giving them money ..i cant rem any indian criketer who has retired willingly like all australian criktr they retir at d peak of career ..n it sounds gud

I think a great team would be Gautam, Sehwag, Sachin, Yuvraj, Dhoni, Uthapa, Pathan, Harbhajan, Srisanth, Ishanth, and RP.

Sachin should not retire from ODIs and Test, Ganguly should be in the test squad but he may retire from T20 & ODIs and Dravid should retire from all forms of cricket except tests!

Team needs combination of both young & senior players. Then team have balance.

Then we should adopt Rotation policy to these senior players.

Why they should retire when they are performing well

Dravid maximum run scorer of Royal challanger.

Ganguli Maximum run scorer of knight riders

Laxman Jaffer all performed well in ipl

In  IPL If we see the performance of above Players are as

fallows. I am taking in consideration of Indian Players only

Dravid is at no 5 after Gambhir, Sehwag  Rohit sharma and Dhoni. and Ganguli at no 6 they scored 371 , and 349 runs

respectively. with a very good strike rate Ganguli done very

well with the ball also. All other players whom you say young

who are for behind to our legend players Like Uthhapa,

Raina ,Patel, Kartik, Yuvraj, Venu Goal ,Badrinath,Y.Pathan

Shikhar Dhawan, L.R  Shukla, Abhishek Nayar etc.

do remember one thing-form is temporary but class is eternal.........it's their class what counts!!!

Sachin, Dravid, Sourav---they are of extraordinary mettle and proved it time and again......Dada has set a record for making "comeback" so many times!!!!

It's sheer talent what matters ultimately at the end of the day......not the age factor
