  1. Taking out the cheese will really help a lot and cut down on fat and calories. But there will still be a lot of fat if the eggs are mixed with cream or milk, or cooked in a lot of grease. You can use Egg Beaters instead of eggs to cut down on the fat and calories even more.

  2. Omelets are very low in calories.

  3. not if you make them with the egg white

  4. Egg yolks have more calories than you would expect them to, but no, omelettes aren't fattening. It's what you put in them that makes them good/bad for you.

  5. If you eat anything in moderation and use in moderation then enjoy your omelette with cheese and not worry of getting fat. However cook and eat only what you need, or else you'll get fat eating health food.

  6. Not really, if you use 2 egg whites with one yolk and add salsa or other veggies and leave off the cheese, then you have yourself a very healthy breakfast, also no bacon, or if you really need bacon have only 1 slice or substitute turkey bacon, if you like.

  7. Omelette 128 calories

    Omelette + cheese 240 calories

  8. depends on how much butter or fat you use to cook it and the toppings, plus 1 egg yolk has 4.5 grams of fat, so I either use half the yolk or no yold at all

  9. a wittle bit

  10. It's what you put on them that's fattening, I use veggies, steamed and then place them in my omelet, yuuummmmyyyyy!!!!!

  11. it depends on what you put in them.

  12. depends on how much oil you use. many people make the mistake of using too much oil. if you use lesser oil, then the omelets won't be so fattening. adding in cheese will make it even worse.
