  1. They are great for you i have them atlest 3 0r 4 times a week and i am in my Sixties :)

  2. Eggs are a great breakfast food, lots of protein is good to have first thing in the morning.  Try to limit the amount of cheese and salt that you use, though.  Try some fresh chopped veggies or salsa.

  3. it depends what you put in that omelet. If you put in a ton of bacon, cheese, and no veggies, not too good. If you have a couple eggs with a ton of veggies cooked in a little bit of olive oil, it's good.

  4. Omlettes area as good as any other food.  But if your really worried about them then make egg white omlettes.  Personally I like regular ones.

  5. No you should not look for a different breakfast food...

eggs are a great source of protien

cheese is a good source of calcium

put in some bell peppers and other veggies and you have a very good breakfast

    ~k~

  6. eggs give you protein, and it depends on what you put in it but if you put cheese in it, thats not healthy, but if you put in turkey ham then thats way healthier than reg.ham. And low fat turkey bacon is healthier. And mushrooms are healthy too. So if u choose the healthier things to put in them, they can be healthy.

  7. If you eat them every day, then yeah; you'll get tired of them pretty quickly, too. But once or twice a week is okay, and the list of things you can put in and/or on them is endless. You can even add 'healthy' ingredients, if you insist. Try a chili-cheese omelette; great anytime.

  8. Depends on how you make & cook them.

Healthy: use less yolks, limit cheese & meats, use lot of veggies, watch portion size, cook without oil/ butter

  9. Nothing wrong with a good omelette! everything in moderation.
