Of course either s*x is 'allowed' to eat or drink whatever they want.  It's just a matter of the perception of the social environment that you are in.  In the world of alcohol for instance, basically any drink that contains cranberry juice is typically considered a girly drink because of the pink color it produces.  Take a cosmopolitan for example.  A cosmo is a very typical drink for a woman to order at a bar but if I guy were to order it, the bartender would probably ask you where your girlfriend is, even though a cosmo is just a kamikaze ('ok' for males to drink) with a splash of cranberry juice.  This is also why there are so many versions of a long island iced tea: LIT, AMF, Long Beach, Tokyo Tea, 2000 Flushes etc.  All of these drinks are essentially the same with 1 ingredient changed that slightly alters the color and flavour giving the drink a 'gender'.

It's also kind of like toys.  Girls can play with GI Joes AND barbie dolls but the minute a boy touches a barbie....forgot about it.

Bottom line, drink whatever you want.  I love strawberry milk.  Nuts to this crazy backwards *** world we live in.  Cheers.

I know a lot of guys who love strawberry, but they won't drink it cos of the color. But hey that day & age is gone, guys wear pink they can drink it too :)
