yes like most of them said ragdolls have blue eyes, but i have a blue eyed cat who turned out to be a birman cat. if it has glove like paws black tipped ears and a black spot on her face its most likely a birman like mine

White cats in general have blue eyes. My long haired white cat is part Siamese though with bright blue eyes. But most white cats, Siamese or not have blue eyes.

I am assuming you mean "Are there other breeds besides siamese cats that have blue eyes?". The answer is yes: ragdolls. Although fat and lazy, they are gorgeous cats and some do have blue eyes. I own one and he's a great pet.

If you mean do other cats have blue eyes,then yes they do.I have a domestic shorthair with ragdoll markings and crystal blue eyes,and a white cat with blue eyes who is deaf.

If you are referring to other  breeds........ yes.......Percian white cats (if i rememder correctly)  also  have  blue  eyes.......
