  1. Carrots are good for your eyes, as they are a source of beta carotene, which breaks down into vitamin A in your body. This is needed to help you see by the neurones in your eye, but only becomes a problem if you don't get any source of vitamin A for about 2 years or so.

However carrots and oranges, are also just good for you in general, as are most fruits and vegetables

    Hope this help

  2. Not really. If you eat orange coloured sweet or chocolate, it won't help.

Eggs and apples are not orange, however they are good for your eyes.

    I hope it helps!

  3. just carrots

  4. All brightly coloured or dark green fruits and veggies are good for your general health, including eye health.  But orange is not special compared to the others and no one food is special for eyes.

    examples of coloured foods:

Red, orange, yellow and green peppers

    carrots, beets.

    collard greens, kale, chard

    corn,

    green. purple, yellow beans

    broccoli

    red and green cabbage,

    peaches, plums, apricots

    mango

    raspberries, strawberries, blueberries

  5. Foods containing Lutein are also very important.

  6. Carrots contain lots of vitamin A which is good for your eyes in the sense that if you don't have it, you'll go blind. Carrot actually come in many colors, like purple. Oranges aren't particularly full of vitamin A as far as I know, just vitamin C. Being orange has nothing to do with it.
