  1. They aren't specifically beneficial (1g fiber, 1g pro., 2% iron is all they have to offer) but they probably aren't horrible for you. How about trying whole grain crackers or even chips? Hearty whole-grain snacks have higher nutritional values. Just read the label when deciding.
