A ouija board is a real game.  The ouija board is just a game that you can buy in most toy stores and department stores, an ordinary piece of wood or plastic or cardboard.  It is meant for two or more players so it will not work very well if you try to use it alone.  It has no supernatural powers.  It does not communicate with the dead and it does not contact spirits.  It does not open any portals to the underworld or to anywhere else.  The people using the ouija board make it work through ideomotor movement.  It plays on your mind and imagination and your susceptibilities and beliefs and fears.  It can be scary because the imagination is a powerful thing, and can make you believe just about anything.  

You can buy them at some department stores that sell board games, at some toy stores, from ebay and at amazon.com. Occasionally you see them in thrift stores and second hand stores. If you don't want to spend the money you can easily make one. THere are a few links that discuss ouija boards, how to make one, and how to use them.

The Ouija is a tool that can allow the user to contact discarnate entities. It is true that they can be purchased anywhere you can get games and toys. However they do work as an oracle to the nether world and should be used with care. First do not use it alone. You should have at least 2 people using the board and it is helpful if you also have a 3rd person to write down the letters that being spelled by the board. You should first say a prayer/Spell of protection before starting so that no unwanted spirits will be aloud to speak. Upon finishing you should close with a prayer/Spell of thanks in the name of the deity that you follow. There is no reason why if you are careful that you can not use this tool and have some fun with those who no longer dwell on the physical plane of consciousness. Peace&Love be with you...~M~

yes, you dont want to use one. they sometimes contact evil spirts that will come into our world and never leave your permises.

I was using with a friend and we were trying to contact her dead father.

we ask what its name was and it spelled john, which was not her fathers name, then we ask can you tell mike were trying to contact with him. and the mouse piece moved to no and flew into a sliding glass door we had, and we never used it since. when i used it then it was at my friends house and strange occerences have been happening ever since.

and that wasnt a joke, and im not trying to scare you. if you want to contact a person from the dead, get a angel board. they will only contact good spirits, not the dark ones.

Yes they are real and some people actually can bring forth spirits, or, rather, demons.  Because that is what they are.  I have had personal expereince with demons and I can tell you that their is nothing cool or fun about it.

what do u mean real? like can u actually talk to the dead with them?

i have never tried an ouija board before and never will...yes it is a toy...but i have read some creepy stories...thats how some people become exorcists....like idk some ppl may make their stories up but physics will tell u to never ever use them

Ouija boards are real.  You can get them at Toys R Us.

They can't talk to the dead, however.  It's just a toy.
