as ive stated in previous questions ive been prone to paranormal experiences for as long as i can remember and while browsing through the site here i read a users question about "falling dreams" and someone responding with an answer about the falling sensation being that of our inner body returning from an out of body adventure. well it makes me think twice about a dream ive had often. in the "dream" id be in my room watching over myself, looking out the window, things like that. its never anything extreme but when i awaken from those dreams its always to that "falling" sensation. kind of feels like im jumping in my sleep or like i was given a small jolt. could this be one of the out of bodys or is it just a coincidence that these dreams where im watching over myself are lways accompanied by this awakening? please let me know. and im sorry if i sound foolish for asking.

  1. Out of body experiences, despite the best intentions of those who would have us consider them to be paranormal phenomena, are not real.

"Sleep falling" and dreams that have us look back at ourselves from a secondary perspective are normal, natural and recurring.

You're just gonna have to live with the fact that these are expected experiences.

  2. It's not foolish to ask.It is foolish to think it was paranormal. You had a vivid dream.Out of body experiences are not real.Devise an experiment for yourself  it's easy enough.Dreams can be virtually lucid but not out of body.Have someone write down a number.Without looking at it before you sleep. If you wake up and know it.Then I'm wrong.

  3. O.B.E is real

  4. Scientists recently did research in which they stimulated "out of body experiences" on people.

  5. as much as the others would like to think that o b e is not real they are incorrect. we all astral travel at one time or another in our lifetimes. usually during or sleep is the most common time don't have the ego interfering with the spirit. i used to fall alot then one time as i was falling i thought of a bird and instantly i was flying and have traveled that way many times. i have not had a falling dream since them. the power of your thoughts dictate your very life. truly your inner soul knows the answer to all questions you have. be true to yourself go with en

  6. May be your consience  is showing you that there are also such capacities in it .

  7. I think you need to stop taking for granted that all paranormal phenomena are real.  If you took the time to research and investigate all sides then you'd see that about 99% of paranormal claims are complete nonsense.  By accepting that every strange event is paranormal you're running the risk of creating a world made of magic.

  8. actually they're not dreams. When you have the falling sensation you're entering the hypnogonic state. Hpnogonic state is when you're in between sleeping and awaking, from this state you can enter lucid dreaming or astral projection (out of body experience O.B.E)

Out of body experiences are totally real, astral travelling is concidered one of psychic abilities. It's not bad, there's no dangers and gives you joy. In the astral plane you're able to do anything you like and desire, there are beings you think dodn't exist there you can do anything fly whatever you want. Try it you're really close

  9. No question is foolish, asking questions is how we all learn, or to put it another way; "there are no foolish questions, only foolish answers".

There are no out of body experiences, this has been proved on numerous occasions. What you have are just recurring dreams, they will pass.
