Depends who you're DEALING WITH!

The UK managed it, - after YEARS of trying, - with the Provisional I.R.A., - but, - on a WIDER SCALE, - the Israelis will NEVER manage it, with their Arab neighbours, - for ONE reason!

Thanks to the likes OF the UK, - in the mid-1940's, - the Jews were "TRANSPLANTED", from Europe, - and permitted to STEAL a MASSIVE area, of the region, that, - for THOUSANDS of years, BEFORE then, - was "PALESTINE"!

Hence, I "FEEL" for the REAL "OWNERS" of that area, - the PALESTINIANS!

The late Yasser Arafat, and his colleagues, within the "P.L.O." were described as a "TERRORISTS", by Israel, - but, I, ALWAYS looked upon them, as a "FREEDOM FIGHTERS"!

REAL "PEACE" will NEVER be achieved in the Middle East!

peace talk is beneficial because we disagree to agree. war in most cases do not always resolve issues but negotiation or peace talk brings the desire results which may not be palatable but better than war. war is waste of time. After every war, there is always peace talk.

Peace Talks are SUPPOSED to be BENEFICIAL...depends on how SMART and how CIVILIZED the person is...it WILL be a WASTE of time...IF the two parties are BOTH SO SMART and SO CIVILIZED...ESPECIALLY if ONE of them IS BACKED UP by A POWERFUL NATION or being given FULL SUPPORT by an ARROGANT SELFISH NATION who thinks that they're GOD and they OWN the WORLD by IGNORING the WORLD NATIONS law...

Peace talks are not always fruitful .It depends upon the persons who are talking for the peace.

Peace Talks allow for re-arming of your troops without interference.

It's beneficial if those talks and decision are put forward to bring the peace they talk rather that just TALK.

So talks are beneficial if it is given equalent amount of work to fulfill it.
