  1. No, most people believe it's kinda creepy to have someone peeking at them.  The correct spelling is "allowed".

  2. No ..no one is allowed to do that not even the police.

  3. No they are not allowed to do this...here in Texas I would hope they would just come in so I can introduce them to my 357 Mag

  4. I have known of people being shot for peeking in to windows .... at the least the peekee can file civil charges against the peeker.

  5. People are not allowed to peek in your windows.  Unless they are legally on a sidewalk where they are not trespassing and thus, you do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy.  Most states have peeping tom laws and therefore he/she/it can be convicted.  I would suggest setting up a video system or camera system with motion detectors, in order to catch the culprit....

  6. If someone is peeking from your friends property then yes it is illegal. It is trespassing. If someone is off your property on a public street or sidewalk there is not much you or your friend can do. If this is the same person he might want to concider reporting this to the police. If one person keeps staring into his window he may be planning some thing stupid.

  7. You committed grammar errors.  You misused the word "aloud."  You should use "allowed."  No one is allowed to peek into anyone else's windows.

  8. No and the police aren't allowed to either unless they have "cause" to be there. It's called "Peeping Tom" and most states have statutes that are called just that.

  9. No one is allowed to peek into your windows - at least not from your property. If they are off your property and looking in, there's not much you can do.

If it's a problem, close the blinds.

  10. Has your friend heard about window shades?

  11. No, they aren't allowed to. Peeping Toms - call the cops.

  12. Let them get a peek of a .38 Smith and Wesson peeking right back.  Should clear up the problem soon.

  13. No it is not allowed, immediately call 911 and ask for police to be dispatched to residence to catch the peeping tom, or possible burglar

  14. No....no one's allowed to.  Police just might if they're looking for a criminal or if a call was made there.  Call the police.....
