  1. About the same.....

    Just avoid the Midlands. :)

  2. North,South,East,West, you find the best,

but mixed up with them are the rest!!!.

  3. Which borders are you talking about?

Between Canada and the U.S.A. Then it is the Canadians.

Between North & South Korea it is the South.

There are many more examples but I'm not listing them.

  4. what? meaning what border?

  5. were very friendly up here, come see

  6. I'm afraid that is too general of a question. I have lived all over the country (and other countries) and I can tell you that there are pockets of "friendliness" North and South. However, if I had to draw a line across the "waist" of America, I would say that the friendliest people I have encountered have been south of the belt.

  7. well nearly north.Newcastle is the friendliest place on earth

  8. I live in the middle and I'm friendly enough. With people who are nice to me of course. When I come across people who ent nice to me 1st, I'm a right b*****d. :-)

  9. North. [if you mean north of Watford]

Northerners have lower IQs though and talk funny. The like going down coalmines alot and it's always snowing.

  10. north!

    x

  11. Ping Pong makes me laugh!  Love it!  :-D  I'm from the North and have found the North to be more fun and happier.  * I dunno why but I seriously find it funny when people make fun of me *shrugs**

And btw, we don't have our own currency, I don't think any mines are open these days, yes we have "strange" accents but IQ doesn't have owt to do with North or South, I have an IQ of 132 for example and I'm originally from Preston.

  12. The north, though they're very friendly in the south, if you don't mind being talked down to.

  13. northerners are friendlier but this is changing as they too are getting obsessed with money and status . this makes them less friendly and more full of themselves and snooty

    the dreaded unfriendliness is spreading

  14. I suppose it matters where you live.  I'm in Canada so there isn't much north of here.

  15. Undoubtedly the North......... If we are talking England?

  16. Um, which border?

I thought you were asking if the US north or US south was friendlier....I'd say south.

  17. north
