Question:

Are people losing interest in "Global Warming" since Temperatures have been declining over the last decade?

Is it harder to believe the myth that the planet is warming because of increased levels of co2, when co2 levels are increasing while record cold temperatures are being broke?

Do these record low temperatures shake your views that so-called "Global Warming" is really happening?

  1. Interesting both your question and the follow up text seem to miss the the fact you link is only about weather in just Denver.

Unfortunatly you seem to have used a live weather link and it seems to have been removed, and I am pretty sure that AGW means Anthropogenic Global Warming if the theory was called ADM Anthropogenic Denver Warming then you might be correct.

  2. Not only do you not have any science to back you up, you're not even using proper grammar.  You say "these record low temperatures" (plural), but you have exactly one isolated instance.  One example can't be considered plural.

  3. Uh-uh.

  4. Hopefully the global warming fad is fading, soon there will be another disaster invented to cause people to worry. Maybe meteors, super volcanoes, alien invasion, who knows what the wackos will come up with.

  5. Didn't you get the memo?   It's "climate change" now.   That means that record cold is your fault.   And Bush's fault.   And your car's fault.   And the fault of anyone who eats beef.

Funny - everything is the fault of anyone whose lifestyle these clowns have had it in for for decades, for dozens of other reasons - - it's amazing that more people DON'T see right through it.

  6. I think this says it all really.

and it certainly doesn't say cooling.

  7. w"underground".com  says a lot about your info sources. Check any legitimate, peer reviewed science journal and see what they have to say about it, "Dr Jello".

  8. You are on to something. Iraq had snow this past winter for the first time in decades, China reported record cold, the northern ice pack is expanding again...

As we may recall, during the 1960s and 1970s, the Earth also went into a frightening cooling spell that got scientists telling us we were all heading into another Ice Age - even as CO2 was pumped into the atmosphere by industry.

The fools who think CO2 causes global warming really need to observe reality to learn better.  In fact, it is solar and volcanic activity really driving this warming/cooling cycle.  And, as we all know, the Earth has been warming anyway since the end of the last Ice Age.  Thank God.  Life in the shadow of a glacier sucks.

  9. What this question (as well as many people) fail to point out is that we are still in an ice age. An ice age is any period of time that there is ice on the planet. Global warming isn't something that you're going to wake up to one morning. Its a long gradual trend that will eventually upset the balance of our fragile ecosystems. Within these trends there will be years that things don't seem to add up if you look at it from a narrow angle the way that the opponents of this theory do. The fact is, the Earth is unbreakable, it will keep spinning and keep thriving no matter how much C02 there is, but the organisms on it will not if something isn't done to make sure that there will even be the room for a future generation here.
