Are people really that unaware?

Question

That models and celebs are photoshopped like crazy? I know alot of celebs/models that people say are "perfect" are really really far from it(acne, fat rolls, blemishes, frizzy hair, crooked teeth, ect.). Are people REALLY that unaware of what can be done with photoshop? People always assume that the girls on magazine covers are not edited and roll out of bed looking like that(some of them are naturally pretty..but alot of them are not.)

i totally agree! people dont seem to understand that there is no such thing as perfect, even in the models

People are somehow blind to this truth. People are always like, "I want abs like that! I want skin like this! I want hair like hers!" And the truth is, that looks is completely unattainable. Every celebrity has their blemish, but with state of the art technology, equipment, and software, these 'imperfections' that are supposed to make people beautiful are removed to create this false image that is totally unrealistic. It's sad really. But yes, people do fall for it. I've seen pictures of celebrities without make up..and let's just say...that they look like regular people you would see at Wal-Mart. In fact, they make me look like a beauty queen...even without make up!

lol i know. The media is like a proactiv commericial. I've seen so many retarded guys on here saying Asian girls are just so d**n perfect. Yeah they'll get them that way. If you said that to any of them, I'm sure they'd be offended. I'm not being biased because I'm Asian myself. There's make up and computers and such. Do they ever wonder why you don't see girls looking like that down the street? Look at a red carpet photo then look at a street photo from paparazzi . Totally different.
