Are people secretly a little satisfied when large groups of foreigners die in natural disasters?

Like the story I just saw, "Dangerous floods devastate Ukraine and Romania". I'm sure it's horrible and they're suffering but you know there's way too many people in the world right now... I mean, does anyone think, you know I wouldn't mind if around five billion (out of six billion) people died as long as it's not me.

im just thank god this isnt happening to me and hopefully hopefully never will

also the thing is yes the world id overpopulated and we suffer because of it but people dying thats just horrible it would be better if families were limited to one child the drop in population over the next century would be great then once a sufficient low hasd been achieved the limit must be raised to 2 so that the population doesnt dwindle too far

to be honest yes,as long as it isn't my friends or family that it happens to but at the same time i don't like to hear of people dieing

It is totally sick, Countries are countries, we all breath, live and eat the same way. It is sick when somebody feels satisfied when large groups of foreigners die, but unfortunately it happens. :-(
