Are people still interested in adopting half white half mexican babies with possible special needs?

previous birth, baby had minor spina bifida (can walk, talk, no learning disabilities as of yet- kid is 4)

There are thousands of people who would love to parents any child. Even special needs babies. I think its easier to find parents for newborns of any kind then it would be for older children.
