Are people with Downs Syndrome physically inferior in every way?

Some cultures believe people with down syndrome r actually superior.

I was told once that if the world was run by people with down syndrome, everything would work better, the trains would run on time, everything would get done properly and it would be a much happier place :o)

Actually, they are physically superior in brute strength.  You need to remember that Down Syndrome is not where something is missing.  It is where there is something extra, a 3rd chromosome on a 2 chromosome pair.  That's what makes Down Syndrome Unique.
