Maybe. Everyone's different but a lot like einstein, my brother didn't learn to read for a very long time, had trouble with his speech but he is a genious. I've heard of a lot of instances like these but then again there's many smart people who didn't have any trouble learning.

It all depends on the specific person you are talking about.  Just because you have a learning disability does not mean you are necessarily smarter than your peers.  The opposite also goes, just because you do not have a learning disability does not mean that you are smarter than someone with a learning disability.
