I think that low IQ people probably cannot handle them though.

I don't know where the name 'Chugger' came from, I've always referred to them as Wasps. You can't get rid and they swarm around you.

I've been known to offer one or two a thumping.

Mmnn, someone who lives off immoral earnings, I'd say yes, but not necessarily. Could be a very young girl, or a very old woman. Of course I could be wrong as I am guessing on the word, chuggers, Mmnn.
