Ascribing an intelligence rating based simply of various physical characteristics is about as accurate as a two dollar watch.  

I thought this type of thing went out with the 19th century and covered wagons.

Nope. My feet are wide and with wide track feet I can turn quickly at high speed. My IQ is a matter of my own discretion.

No.  Some people with narrow feet act like cavemen and throwbacks, too.  It depends on the person, not the feet.
