Are perfume testers diluted or stronger?

They are the same strength as the actual full size perfumes.  

Eau de Toillettes are more diluted than Eau de pafum though so check what your tester is.

I don't know really but i would say its Stronger, so that the consumer will buy the product because they think that the smell is actually stronger than in the actual product so they will buy it. its all a marketing  scheme i reckon :).

Non of it, they are the same as they say. Eau de toilette is not strong and Perfume is strong. So read what the tester says. that's it. I worked for Douglas in Germany for 15 years and I still got enough testers to smell away every day. Just keep them out of to much light, because than they loose there smell.
