Are pets allowed in restaurants and bars?

I would be willing to bet no. I personally would love it if animals were allowed in restaurants and bars, but there are people who are allergic, people who are scared, if the dogs started to fight and just the amount of fur that could easily get in peoples food.

Now, a seeing eye dog would be different. or any dog than assist someone who has a disability.

probably not due to the health issues of getting fur in your coffee, not to mention those people who are allegic to cats n dogs.  Guide dogs get around this by not legally being dogs

Only a seeing eye dog, if you are blind.

Depends on the restaurant owner. I have worked in restaurants and seen animals let in. Only animals owned by friends and family of the owner or the owner himself.

A few years ago in Florida, people were trying to pass a bill to allow pets in restaurant, but I believe it failed.

EDIT:   West Virginia has no restaurant on record that allow pets, so I assume it is against health code.But I found that there ARE restaurants in other states that allow pets.

Well It Depends On The Resturant Well It depends on the owner and the Resturant and If i were you I'll Ask them, you should not  be afraid to ask Believe in yourself!!!

In bars i think so just ask to make sure You have to ask !!!!

And if yes just try to train your pet so everyone will like it !!!

And if they don't allow pets then you have to  train your pet cause if they see how behave your pet is they might change their Rule okay???

Thank goodness they're not.

You're allowed to love your pet, just don't ]]]-LOVE-[[[ your pet. I'm sick of people that coddle and fawn over their pets. One woman actually got upset with me when I told her we didn't allow dogs into the restaurant because she heard we had outdoor seating.

I think that's even worse. Other dogs walk by and they get into barking matches disrupting another guests dining experience. It's only a couple hours, your pet will be fine in that time.
