Most of them fake it.  I think that some have psychic abilities, but they do not know everything.

I went to a free reading and the guy said I had been in a bad relationship 6 months prior, which was true.  He then said I had been previously married.  NOT true.  He said the cards say it.  I said, they are wrong.  Most of them go by what you say and your expressions.

I don't believe that they are real.  God is the real thing.  Just like Coke a Cola.

Well, Hollister B, I would say you've nailed it in your own question.

"Psychics" as we have come to know them, typically are as effective as the observer lets them be.  If you're a believer, chances are you're going to be shocked, and if you're a skeptic, a psychic probably won't pay you any attention.

But, I do believe that there are forces of energy that certain human beings are more sensitive to.  The human mind is capable of absolutely amazing feats of will power and imagination, I wouldn't be surprised if there's something (or A LOT of things) that we don't quite understand yet.

If you're a reading type, I would definitely recommend the book "SPOOK" by Mary Roach

It's a comical (but true) account of a woman's scientific proof of ghosts, mediums, psychics, and the afterlife.  You'll laugh your *** off and learn a lot too.

What you perceive a psychic to & the reality are 2 vastly different things.

We have to make a link to the other, tune in & that is done with love, approaching one with aggression is not harmonious to what you seek to achieve.

What your mothers name is is your concern as we also rarely see such things & such matters are not relevant to what we do.

I do believe there are people in this world that possess SOME level of psychic abilities (there are many abilities), but I think you'd find they they are not gonna go out and pimp their gift for money.

The people out there asking you for cash just hope you're gullible enough to give it to them.

yes.  people can get speical powers.  like i used to be able to tell when something bad was about to happen...  lol it was pretty funny, on a field trip to Boston once i told my friend on the bus "i sense something bad is going to happen...  then two hours later: "oh sh*t!  where's Felipe?  oh well he'll turn up eventually..."  there's even more stories than just that.  

now i can tell who people love.  my friend was pissed when i sarcastically said "you love me?  no freaking way..."  

but the one's that broad cast their powers and ask for money are probably fakes...  so if you have to pay for it don't believe it.  its just a scam.  like in Psych!  i love that show!  lol
