  1. No.  No.  No.  You might try finding a large parking lot.  Where I live (Greater Pasadena), people bring 'em to the Rose Bowl parking lot.

  4. no they aren't legal on the street or side walk ,find a big parking lot and get permission form the merchants to ride it otherwise you could end up with fine or a pocket bike being hauled away by the police
