  1. No they shouldn't but some do, im assuming you paid by credit card etc if so contact your card provider and they will give you the money back, its part of the guarantee when you take out the card


  2. I'm not sure they should but the sure as h**l DO!

    I have heard terrible things about one company in particular although I have to say, we had no problem with them.  ... i'll mention no names

  3. I have had this problem with a place called winstanleys pram world. They took money from my card for an accessory pack that they didn't have and i waited 3 months for it to be delivered. I think they can do it though, it is just really really bad. I now stick to companies i trust like kiddicare and mothercare.

  4. no, you have to recieve a full refund within 28 days of purchase.

    Incidentally - which store was it? So I know who to avoid!

  5. i shouldnt think so not with out telling you before you pay that they have not currently got them in stock and tell you when they will be but still they shouldnt make you wait 3 months 2 get your money back! they should give you a full refund straight away!
