  1. Fast for speed and slowly for power


  2. i hold for 30 sec so i say slowly

  3. It depends on what you want to achieve. If you are trying to lose weight keep supple and agile, then fast. If you want to build muscle then slowly.

  5. its best to work on the muscles by doing them slowly, when you do them slowly you get a lot more out of it and you feel different after doing them, than when they are done fast.  

  6. Depends wut is ur objective. If u wanna gain mass, do it slowly. If u wanna gain explosive power do it fast
