Hello Jamie. I can answer for the state of Ohio and we definetely do not allow internet access for any inmate at any time.

We have certain training classes ( for rehabiltation) that teaches how to repair a computer, but they are not on line nor is any outside line allowed to be run into the prison.

With all the pedophiles and scammers that are locked up, allowing them internet access would be "business as usual" for them.

They can email in someplaces..... It's supervised (no porno) and I think they should just rot if they commited some horrible crime

i do not think they are, i beleave its a security thing involved.
