Are private schools and public that much different?

I'm a junior now and I start public school in tuesday. i just left a private school. Is public school very much different in terms of the people there and teachers

Yes, they are a different environment. Expression is all well and dandy, but it leads to violence, intolerance, etc.

More noise, and students. Teachers are not focused as much on the individual as in private schools, but they attempt due to large class sizes.

well i had a friend that went to private and he said they were real strict and he didn't like them. at our school he said he was surprised he could eat in class-lol.i was  like duh of course! basically public schools are funner cuz u get away with more stuff.
