Are products from Amazon second hand?

I needed know because I might get some spesific tarot cards from Amazon, they say they don't work if they've been used by another person.

Some items are new some 2nd hand.

When you click on to get further details it will tell you how many items they have ie 17 new/used  , look at each individual item and it will tell you  if its new / used

but u can get second hand books and stuff. but they willl tell u if it second hand
