Does anyone know if tere is a regulation against it, or if it is known that you will be targeted or made to get rid of it even if you are a card-carryer?

  1. Its technically within their right to turn you in because it is under federal juristiction, however they don't always do so.

I've actually had friends that flew and the airline called to verify that they were a cannabis patient and they allowed them to travel with it.  I reccomend not flying with it or doing it in a very discrete way.

If you suffer from conditions such as ADD/ADHD AIDS Anorexia Anxiety Arthritis Cancer Chronic Pain Depression Glaucoma Insomnia Migraines Nausea or PMS

you can become a medical marijuana patient and do it legally. For more info & to find a doctor who can qualify you call 213-765-9719

  2. if you are found on airport property and/or an airplane with marijuana, you will be arrested and subject to federal prosecution.

    Don't travel with it!

But if you absolutely must travel with chronic, hide it really well in your CHECKED baggage. Do not carry it on.

    Legalize cannabis!

  3. Flying falls under jurisdiction of the FAA  Federal Avaiation... Federal does not recognize state law and therefore, no, you can not.. you'd probably get arrested and charged.

Card Carrying does not make any difference in the eyes of the Federal laws.
