ok so im 15 and started working out like april, but havent rly seen a diff at all in my muscle mass and stuff, so im going to start going on like a diet to eat lotsa protiens, so i was thnking of like protien shake for breakfast, normal school lunch (no other choices) then when i get home a pb sandwich, banana or something else thats good for you, maybe fruit bar idk, and then a few spoons of peanut butter as the day goes buy, then another peanut butter sandwich at about 5:00 and then bowl of cereal at 6:00 before i go to gym (or another protein shake if thats better for before gym?) and then if im hungry after gym which i probably wont be, but if i am jsut like a turkey sandwich or whatever....so does that sound like a good plan? and also comment on if they shakes r good or not, thanks a ton
