Is John Winthrop right? Are they 'cities on hills' because of their visibility? Maybe, say, Charles Barkley is right, that just being good at sports doesn't make an athlete a role model.

  1. just because there on public doesn't make them have to do a certain way.

there still in every way like us.

  2. Nobody is a saint im sure all historic figures who were considered heroes have done some bad stuff to others.  Whats important is that you keep your private life private.  I think the problem now is that everybody loves gossip so much that when somebody famous does something rotten its gotta be reported on every form of communication out there repeatedly.  Its big business to report on a celebrities dark closet and that isnt cool.  People who read that stuff should get a life  of their own.

  3. not just public figures but everybody should set good examples in life...

  4. The people who get importance must set examples for us so that we all may follow them and get benefits of this life.

  5. They should set good examples, but they don't.

  6. they should def. try to set good examples though everyone makes mistakes and we should not be taken back from that person only because they did something we do billions of times.
