Are puerto ricans considered "wogs" in australia?

We dont have many here. Wogs here are Mediterranean people- Greeks and Italians mainly. Theyd just be considered South Americans probably.

they would be as they look Mediterranean

however when i was at school we would divide into aussies and wogs for lunchtime games and the wogs called themselves wogs.

so wogs isn't always a bad name

Don't think so. My brother in law, who is Puerto Rican is married to a woman, who's mother is Australian. They've been back to visit family and, no, that isn't the case.
