  1. it depends on what is in it. like if it has alot of sugar are really unhealthey!!

Try to do a little research and find fruits that contain mostly fructose such as strawberry's this form is sugar is the best because it takes your body a long time to digest and gives you more energy for longer then just plain sugar, as for drinking fruit smoothies, try to keep a variation so you don't get tired and you get a broad range of vitamins/nutrients

  3. depends on what's added.  If it is just fruit and ice, sure.  If there is added sugar or milk, the value goes down a bit but hey, still better than a lot of stuff out there.

  6. If its pure fruit they will be good for you as you will be using your 5 a day. Just watch the natural sugars in the fruit though. Some fruits can be high in natural sugars or high in fat. x
