Why would it be immoral? As long as both parties are aware that that's all it is. You have to be careful though, if the woman begins to get attached, then it becomes more than just purely sexual.

i think there is nothing wrong with it as long as you use protection and one isnt leading the other on

Mutually agreeable s*x between 2 (or more) consenting adults is not immoral as far as I am concerned, as long as everyone knows the score and no one gets hurt.

it depends. if you ask me, no. As long as you have make it clear to your partner. There are no immoral actions. Only immoral interpretations of actions...
