Greenkeeper is one of the jobs listed on Australia's Skilled Occupations List (SOL) which is a good indication that there is such a demand for greenkeepers that they are being encouraged to immigrate here.

Work visas are only open to people in occupations on the SOL, so that overcomes your first visa hurdle. You'll also need to pass the points test and meet health and character requirements before being granted a visa, but there should be plenty of work available once you get here.
