  1. Yes!! rabits are a purfect pet for a 13 year old. very cheap and very easy to take care of!!:)

  2. They are great. I am thirteen and I got one almost a year ago for my birthday.

  3. yeah, theyre pretty easy to take care of. and give them enough attention and theyre so lovey and cuddly :)

  4. A thirteen year old could definitely look after a rabbit. they are low maintenance and easy to handle creatures. the really important thing to remember about rabbits is that they can live for a long time so its important to make sure that you family is ready to make a long-term commitment to look after the bunny!

  5. yes but you have to understand they live a long time. i was supposed to get a rabbit, i'm 14, but thought against it because i dont want to leave it with my parents when i go off to college. some can live up to 15 years of age...

but if you really want a rabbit, get one, just make sure you have enough time for it. I would also suggest getting a guinea pig or hamster. i have both and love them so much...

  6. rabbits are good pets but they can be really messy and they require a lot of attention to make them happy. personally i would suggest a ferret because they are like a dog but without the mess. and ferrets are litter trained like a cat but more loyal. however they need to be trained at a young age. i don't think ur 13 year old will like a rabbit because rabbits get boring after a while and u can't do much with them.

  7. Yes! that is a verry good choice for someone your age!

  8. Yea it is!  i have a rabbit and im 13.... all u need to do is give it 2 hand fulls of food each day. and if it runs out wait 2 hours and fill it back up. it's simple! just look up some facts about rabbits and it will tell u everything.

    1 dwarf rabbit

    2 hermit crabs

    2 fiddler crabs

    2 leopard geckos

    1 dog ( much experience )

    Many fishes.  ^__^

  9. Rabbits do make good pets now that you're that much older but they not very fond of being picked up and handled too much compared to a guinea pig. If you get a baby rabbit and work hard with it then it should be fine but if you want a pet to cuddle for ages then I would strongly suggest a guinea pig which can be just as affectionate and friendly as any other pet. Good luck with your choice!

  10. Yes! Rabbits are so cute and cuddly. Some may bite but I think you can teach them not too!
