  1. Yeah, they would have a lot to talk about after 'Keet took out Brer's eyes.

  2. ......................

  3. Technically a parakeet isn't safe with any other kind of animal, and even herbivores like rabbits have bacteria in their spit that could kill a parakeet if it gets into their system--even if the rabbit just innocently licks the parakeet it could cost the 'keet its life, and the bird could be dead within hours. Also, both parakeets and rabbits are individuals and it's impossible to say that something like this is true for all parakeets and all rabbits.

A rabbit may try to bite a parakeet, or bite it back if the parakeet tries to bite the rabbit. Be very careful if you introduce a parakeet to a rabbit, make sure your parakeet isn't too afraid of the rabbit and that the rabbit isn't going to act aggressively toward you or the parakeet. And above all else, never leave them alone together. Make sure you're watching them at all times when they're together, and close enough to intervene if one of the two decides to try something; if the rabbit acts aggressively toward the parakeet then you'll know you can't let them play together and should always keep them apart. If somehow the parakeet does get rabbit spit on it you'll need to wash the licked area thoroughly with plain lukewarm water (difficult to do with a small bird like a 'keet, but necessary). If the parakeet is injured by the rabbit then you need to take it to the vet so they can give it antibiotics.
