Are radar detectors accurate?

Save your money; they do not work.  Other than detecting automatic store fronts, they are worthless.

The police have other methods to determine speed.  It will just give you a fake sense of security, so your next ticket will be 30 over - not just 10 over.

cobra. there really good. Im 22 and have had 3 tickets from driving on the highway from cleveland to chicago. Mostly doing 30mph over the speed limit in a mustang. Im a lead foot on the highway. They are really accurate and ive had mine for a year and havent gotten pulled over yet.
