  1. if it says beef fat..then it is not vegetarian

  2. The "noodles" are, but not the packets.

  3. if it says beef fat, then it is not vegetarian. use your brain now

  4. ramen noodles are a great end of the world meal to have just in case the big one hits, noodles a high in sodium and fat with little nutrional value.

Go to the store and head for the asian section and grab some soba,  chow mein or speggheti noodles. Then buy some low sodiom organic vegtable stock and some veggies like carrots and broccolli........soy, garlic and ginger with punch up the flavor.

cook noodles and cool set aside

    wash and cut veggies

in a large pot bring vegtable stock to a boil add soy garlic and ginger to taste

add vegtables after two minutes add noodles and heat noodles through

    serve imedatly

this will not take long and you with know its vegitarian.

  5. Ramen noodles used in any flavor (oriental, chicken, shrimp etc), are all egg noodles. The same exact noodles they use for lo mein at Chinese restaurants in fact! The noodles are made with eggs and milk as well as other dairy products.  If you are vegan this is not a veg-friendly food.

  6. The only ones I have found that are vegetarian are the Top Ramen brand Oriental flavor.
