  1. Always remember the wise words of Bill Struth.

"Our very success, gained you will agree by skill, will draw more people than ever to see it. And that will benefit many more clubs than Rangers. Let the others come after us. We welcome the chase. It is healthy for us. We will never hide from it. Never fear, inevitably we shall have our years of failure, and when they arrive, we must reveal tolerance and sanity. No matter the days of anxiety that come our way, we shall emerge stronger because of the trials to be overcome. That has been the philosophy of the Rangers since the days of the gallant pioneers."

  2. you ranks look bad enough in they blue wans! it would be great for scottish fitba to have 2 great teams battling for the league this coming season but wally has blown your chances with his anti fitba and signings.so im already organising my title winning party! 4iar

  3. Don't think we are in any way near that state, Struth.  Celtic faced bankruptcy, and were miles behind Rangers for most of that decade.

Last season, 3 points seperated the 2.  Plus we won both domestic cups, and reached the UEFA final.

Celtic have a squad full of over-paid, inept players, with a few exceptions. And a manager who hardly anyone likes, hence the reason he will be off at Christmas, when Celtic are trailing in the league, and more than likely out of Europe.

Walter is back, the legend grows.............

  4. It's not like it's the first time we have gone through a bad patch and no doubt it won't be last.Even though the season hasn't even started yet,and the fans are in the slightest bit optimistic about the forthcoming season hopefully after tomorrow's game it will start to look up.

  5. no matter how bad we get mr struth one thing we can count on.our tops will NEVER look that bad...ever...and as lammy says...celtic were dire then don't think it will get to that stage with the gers xWATP

  6. it is nice to see so many positive Gers fans on here, you must be the only ones though, as  everywhere I read or anyone I speak to are less than optimistic.

Apparently there is even a poll on one of your own sites where people have said this is the lowest time of their life as a Rangers fan. I am not for one minute suggesting that Celtic are amazing right now or that I am over confident about the league..so my answer is yes I do think Rangers are going through a bad time and I dont think the cardigan loyal will be able to wave a wand and make it all ok.

  7. Well - it does swing in roundabouts

  8. Im no gonna sit here like the others and give ye sympathy I hope you are gonna have a flop season and struggle for years to come you and celtic deserve it for what you did to the scottish league set up!

  9. have faith wait and see what the new season brings rangers for the league

  10. True I've seen better Rangers teams in the past but things arnae that bad are they?? Yous nearly done the Quad just last season, ok you only ended up with the cups but still...did Celtic no only win 2 trophies in the entire 1990's, as well as finishing 5th a few times?

  11. Trying to take the 'sting' out of tomorrow pal? Hahahahaha!!!!

  12. Let's not go over the score here.  At present Celtic have the better team than us and they should, in my opinion win the league this year.  However, Rangers have just had their best season in 30 odd years.  We made the UEFA Cup Final, nobody can ever take that away from us, but we were outclassed by a much better, stronger team who spenmt a lot of money.  We have just won our first 2 trophies in 3 years and we have one of the most successful managers ever at the helm.  If we add a quality midfielder and get a few players back from injury, I believe we can challenge Celtic.  Don't be disheartened by one bad competitive result, or even if we do go out of Europe.  I ask you to look back to when celtic were dumped by Artmedia Bratislava in Strachan's first game.  Celtic won the league that season.  Stop moping and get behind the lads, they'll do their best and no matter what, Rangers will always be the best in Scotland.  WE ARE THE PEOPLE!
