  1. No, there doesn't seem to be a correlation between hair color and behavior. At least, i don't think there was ever a study that established it.

    Also, redheads are hot.

  2. No...why would you ask that?

  3. yeah like i can def see Conan O'Brien and Ron Howard going on a shooting spree lol.

  4. I highly doubt redheads are more prone to violence, or any other psychological state than anyone else would be... but, I do think that redheads feel "picked on" more, or "singled out" more, because they are still perceived as being "different" (because there just aren't that many of them, so I imagine they probably are treated differently, at least to some degree).  This being said... I would imagine, also, that if this were the case, the "redheads" might, over time, become a bit "defensive". I know I would if I were treated differently, or badly, just because I wasn't the same as the majority. The "temper" thing is not genetic, I'm sure. But, it may be something that is "provoked" into being. Any redhead I have known seems to have had a tendancy to look down on themselves, or feel like they were different, or ugly, or just "not like everyone else". I truly believe it has everything to do with how they are treated in society. Any psychosis type of problem a redhead gets can probably be traced back to some form of mistreatment in that person's lfe. I think it boils down to a self-image problem more than anything else. I'm not saying all redheads have issues with their "genes", I'm just saying this is what I've seen so far.

  5. No, not that I am aware of.

I'm a natural redhead, and I will say that  we come with a temper (or maybe it's that I'm Irish, who knows!). However, if you look at mental wards or prisons, you won't see anymore redheads than you would see blondes or brunettes. There isn't a pattern.

Sure, we might be more prone to a firey temper (to match the hair!), but that has not lead me (or any professional psychologist) to believe that redheads are more prone to psychosis.

  6. Temper? As a natural redhead myself you can bet your bippy I've got one. More prone to a violent psychosis? Well, as opposed to whom? I can relate to the responder who said that they are treated different and could be picked on has merit. I can imagine the feeling of being the only black kid in class. My experiences, I feel, have made me more empathetic. Please don't get me wrong, if you want to push the right buttons, you're going to have to deal with what you get, my friends.

  7. My sister is brunette and she's the most violent person I know.
