Are references to "Fu Manchu" offensive in any way?

I have a last name that rhymes with Fu. Just as an example, let's say my last name is Goo.

Is it at all offensive or politically incorrect for my e-mail address to be [e-mail]?

I don't *think* references to Fu Manchu are offensive, but I could be wrong. Maybe it perpetuates Asian stereotypes, or something.

I post to internet forums and message boards, so a lot of people might see the address. Some of these message boards are directly related to China and other Asian countries.
