Are regional airlines cheaper than using regular full-class airlines?

It depends on the airline. If you pick a hub of either of them usually that is cheaper. If i were you i would just do some price checking and see with one to go with because it is truly hard to say based on the info given to me.

Not always.

Ussualy they fly shorter routes so sometimes the tickets can be dirt cheap. But other times they fly into smaller, less populated airports. And that can mean higher ticket prices.
