Are rest areas safe on i-24/i-75 going to disney world from nashville?

They are about as safe as a rest area can be. We have slept there no problem.  Just be aware of what is going on around you.  There are wacko's everywhere, so I wouldn't recommend sleeping with your windows all the way down, but you should be ok.

They are relatively safe.   No problems so far.

all the rest area are patrolled by security.  but you cannot do an overnight there.
