unfortunately yes! people are lazy and inconsiderate! Thus the reason I haven't seen my family in almost a year...servers have to work on holidays.

I don't know where you live so this is difficult to answer for you.  But in some areas of New York, you would have had to make reservations 3-4 weeks ago.

I don't believe it's major. Most people will cook for Easter and most people cook on Sunday's anyway. I feel it will be no different than any other Sunday when people go out. Also, the economy is so bad, the majority of the people are trying to cut back. I am.
