Generally bigger ones will be open in hopes of cashing in on the people with the day off.  They'll often close early, though.  If you have a particular one in mind, call to check.

Usually only the larger chain restaurants are open on holidays.  Smaller and especially family owned restaurants tend to be closed on holidays.

I think it varies. Fast food ones probably aren't but idk about sit-down places. you could give a particular one a call.
